The CTC will have the powers to invite additional cricket experts, and shall report to the head of the PCB Management Committee on regular basis
Acting Director – Domestic Cricket Operations, Junaid Zia, has been included as the ex-officio member of the CTC, and Usman Tasleem is the ex-officio and secretary.
this team will hopefully develop and improve our domestic system

Not sure I trust the committee to get the selectors & coaches right - at least at the international level but considering their domestic experience and having played a lot domestically, they should be fine to select proper coaches at the domestic level.

Them having a say in the domestic structure is quite interesting though. Does that mean they will continue with the regional setup and maybe expand a few teams or do they allow for the departmental cricket which would be detrimental IMO.

I like regional setup as it stands but would like to see teams expanded to 10 teams. It is important to recognize that basically any regular International player will certainly won't be playing domestic much with the vast amount of T20 leagues to play during the down time so the pool & quality of domestic teams will be limited as a result.

Inzi wasn't the worst of CS and I thought he did a half decent job tbf, he has also worked with ACB and PCB in different capacities so not a bad appointment.

Hafeez I feel does have potential to be a good cricket administrator going forward but his lack of experience does not help.

Misbah is a coward who dumped the team when he was needed prior to the T20 WC and I completely disagree that he is the 'best' cricketing brain in the country. He isn't bad, don't get me wrong but I wouldn't expect much of him.

Although it would be nice to see these ex cricketers come of the back of a degree or some form of sports education. Being an ex cricketer shouldn't neccesarily be the criteria for selection.
