3. ANY TEAM FOUND USING A PLAYER OUTSIDE OF HIS 15 PLAYERS WILL BE DISQUALIFIED FROM THE COMPETITION WITHOUT ANY WARNING.
4. NO REPLACEMENTS ALLOWED EVEN IN CASE OF INJURY OR PLAYER RULED OUT FOR ANY REASON.

I think let's pick a squad of 14 players. Make as many Playing 11 changes as you like at any time. No limitations... only restriction is no replacements allowed outside of those 14 players even if a player is ruled out. Theek hai?

But you know what, screw this as we'll have to then keep monitoring all teams if anybody is sneaking in a player from outside his 14 player squad.

It was innocent. Beside those changes didn't make a difference either since both games got washed out

Captaincy change costs like 5 changes in total I think so if anyone is being dodgy it'll show on their total changes remaining (if it shows as 497 as opposed to 495 490, 485 etc for example).

Anyone caught being sad enough to cheat on IPL draft automatically DQd no first warning
