The game went till 12 and you have to wake up at as early as 2:30 for Sehri preparation and no later than 3 am since any later and you will not be able to have a proper sehri and with fajar, there is no way you can sleep before 5am and if you have to work at 8:30 am then you have to wake up at the latest 7am thus for a minimum 6 hour sleep you need to sleep no later than 10pm. approx 4.5 hour sleep from there and approx 2 hour sleep after Sehri giving you a good 6-7 hour sleep for the day.
Anybody that is working will need to do the above thus if somebody is awake at 12am then either there sleep pattern will be impacted or they have free time. :LOL: :LOL: So kaleem bhai has alot to answer for. :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

Well doesn't look like @Kaleem works anyway as he sleeps all day so he doesnt have anything to worry about
